Person of The Year

Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert deserve the Persons of The Year award due to their courage to humorously go head to head with the racist and ignorant Tea Party. Outnumbered, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert rallied up the sensible Americans to support the Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear.

Educated rich white men who hate President Barrack Obama has influenced and falsely informed Tea Party members. Wealthy republicans purposely use lower middle class and poor whites to do their dirty work, Such as Sarah Palin, Joe the Plummer and Glenn beck (who is the smartest of them all) to turn uninformed and poor Americans against Obama.Even though President Obama tries to lend aid to them in their time of need.

As long as the average American has someone to relate to, they will continually walk blindly toward the destruction of America. Consequently having their rights constantly rapped by oppresses of America.

While browsing this topic a comment posted on an article shows how ill informed some Amaricans are. It reads, “Obama has a huge ego for a diluted African; he couldn’t even stand next to LeBron James in a picture fearing that LeBron would overshadow him because of his height. Hey Obama, I know LeBron is a highly paid slave but what are you? Agent, Uncle Tom, mole, etc.” this Comment was posted by user inbred Mutant –Albino.
Some find the Tea Party’s March On Washington an insult to history and black America. This is where Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert comes in. Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert try to bring the truth to the average Tea Party member. Showing Americans that not all Muslims are terrorist, President Obama is here to help and show the tea party how foolish their leaders look.

Broken Promises

Today thousands of UK students stand out of the English Parliament protesting and hoping for their voices to be heard on the vote to raise school tuition. Today the UK’s political heads will vote on the tuition inflation from five thousand to thifteen thousand dollars. Too many Americans five or thifteen thousand dollars is a decrease in school tuition. However, thifteen years ago collage education was free in the UK. Students argue that if their parent’s and grandparent’s could go to school with any expenses why can't they.

Although the tuition will triple unlike American students UK students will not have to pay back school tuition until they make a steady income of $35,000 a year. Yet the average income of a UK resident is $23,000. Tuition is not the only thing that will be raised, taxes and everyday living wills also increase. UK students feel betrayed because many of the officials in the Houses of Parliament during the campaign voted not to raise taxes and school tuition. Yet when they were elected, they took back their words. Raising School tuition is the last thing a government should do. It hinders the education of in your country and can raise the poverty rate.

If There is Something To Be Changed

Jimmy Hendrix once said, “If there is something to be changed in this world, then it can only happen through music.” One of President Barrack Obama’s slogans was change. One might infer that President Obama was only elected because of the support from music and music artistes. I would not argue with that opinion. One can define the last election to be the first technical election. President Barrack Obama was elected with the support of Musical Artist. To trace if Music artist wanted to change the world they can succeed effortlessly.

A music artist has a great deal of power over more things that they may think. To summarize on August 23, 2005 Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans 1,836 deaths were confirmed. Music Artist Kanye West and other music artist hosted a Katrina fund Raiser. During the show, Kanye West described President George W. Bush, as a racist and said “George Bush doesn’t care about black people”. In a recent interview with former President George W. Bush said when artist Kanye West accused him of being a racist was the lowest point of his presidential career. If a single artist saying one line can damage a president’s career, what can’t they do?

If music artist cannot change the world, they can definitely influence young adults of this day. If one would analyze today’s youth one would find that almost everything we do is influence by some sort of musical artist. From the things we wear, the way we think, and the way we act. In January 2010 Adidas sale rate was at  25.50 in  April 27, 2010 when Artist B.o.B album The Adventures of Bobby Ray was released the sales rating jumped to 35.50, when B.o.B mentioned Adidas’ in his song saying “respect me like I’m Caesar I kick it like Adidas, flowing’ sticky like adhesive”.
Most Americans and most people in the world are like sheep. They are told what to do, wear, think in
almost every aspect of their lives. As humans, we are made to mimic what we see if music artist can make the average person wear their endorsements and bring attention to foreign disaster together there is nothing a music artist cannot do.

However, this is easier said than done. Music artist have influenced this generation to the extent that when someone does speak out they are mostly looked down on and shutout. This is not a by coincidence. The music industry does not want their music artist speaking out against the system and filling today’s youth with knowledge nor does some of the music artist themselves.
